Shingo Cultural Enablers is an immersive, two-day workshop that builds on the foundations established in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE™ and SYSTEMS DESIGN™ workshops, taking you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the Cultural Enablers dimension of the Shingo Guiding Principles. Through a blend of classroom learning and on-site experiences at Menlo Innovations, participants explore the principles of Respect Every Individual and Lead with Humility, and how these principles create the conditions for people to fully engage in an organization’s transformation journey.

This workshop emphasizes that organizational excellence cannot be achieved through top-down directives or isolated tools. Instead, it requires a shared commitment across the organization and systems that consistently reinforce ideal behaviors. Using behavioral benchmarks, participants learn how to define, observe, and reinforce the behaviors that enable trust, learning, and sustainable improvement. The Cultural Enablers workshop equips leaders and professionals with practical insights to design systems that support people, strengthen culture, and accelerate progress toward organizational excellence.

DISCOVER EXCELLENCE™ and SYSTEMS DESIGN™ are prerequisites for this workshop.
