Meet Our Founder

Brett Pichla brings over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience in quality, operations, supplier development, and continuous improvement across industries, including defense, aerospace, automotive, and nuclear. With advanced degrees in business and a doctorate in progress, Brett blends real-world expertise with thoughtful research to help organizations solve complex challenges and drive meaningful results.

He is a Licensed Shingo Affiliate, an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

In addition to his consulting work, Brett is an author and seasoned facilitator focused on operational excellence, leadership, and culture. His upcoming book aims to improve financial literacy in the U.S. by offering practical, accessible tools to help individuals build long-term financial strength.

Brett is deeply passionate about organizational culture and inclusion. His research and ongoing academic work explore how leadership, belonging, and inclusive practices impact employee engagement and organizational success, insights he integrates into his consulting approach to help clients foster healthier, high-performing workplaces.
